Transfer students

A student can apply for transfer from one Finnish university of applied sciences to Kymenlaakso University of Applied Sciences only within the same degree title and degree programme. Transfer student can start studies at Kymenlaakso University of Applied Sciences in the beginning of spring or autumn term. Applications are accepted all the year round. The regulatory duration of studies and the study entitlement period of transfer student begin on the day the student was first accepted to study at university of applied sciences.

The Study certificate and Transcript of records must be obtained from student affairs office. Application form must be returned with the required attachments.

Applicant's status as transfer student is conditional until he/she withdraws from the previous university of applied sciences.
